1. Use your bedroom only for sleeping
Having an uncomfortable bed, a bedroom where you eat, watch TV and do lots of other things besides sleeping can disrupt your peace when you’re actually ready to relax and sleep.
If you have a TV in your bedroom and you have trouble sleeping, it is advisable that you move it to another room in the house. Your bedroom should be a place meant only for sleeping where there are no distractions, noise or any other factors that could cause sleepless nights. You should make sure that your bed is comfortable and that you can lie in it for the entire night without having stiff muscles in the morning. Buy a pillow that is right for you. Your bed should serve for rest, so make it appropriate for that purpose.
